Soursop (Graviola) Kills Cancer Cells (Part B)

- Soursop Recipe to Treat Cancer

Soursop Tea helps in fighting cancer. Soursop tea can fight and cure the initial stage of cancer. Graviola tea fights cancer effectively even in the 4th stage of cancer by inhibiting the growth
 of cancer.

Soursop Tea made with leaves and stems is nature's powerful chemo to fight Cancer.
It targets the malignant cells only and not the healthy ones. Thus prevents side effects like hair loss, weight loss, nausea, etc. It has been found that soursop tea is highly effective in treating most types of Cancers.
Many active compounds and chemicals have been found in soursop, specially Annonaceous Acetogeninis in this leaf, stem, bark, and fruit seeds. The chemicals and acetogenins in soursop demonstrate strong anti-cancerous processes that are only found in the membranes of the cancerous tumor cells. That is why they are toxic to cancer cells but have to toxicity to healthy cells. Aceto- genins in soursop extracts have been selectively toxic in vitro to many types of tumor cells. Highly effective for Lung, Breast, Prostrate, pancreatic, colon, liver, lymphoma, multidrug-resistant human breast, ovarian, cervical, bladder, and skin cancer.
While research confirms that these anti tumorous acetogenins also occur in high amounts in the fruit seeds roots of Graviola, different alkaloid chemicals in the seeds and roots have shown some preliminary in vitro neurotoxic effects. Research has suggested that these alkaloids might be linked to atypical Parkinson's disease in countries where seeds are employed as a common herbal parasite remedy. Therefore, using the seeds and root of Graviola is not
recommended at this time.

How to prepare Soursop tea and Drink: Soursop has very large advantages in cancer prevention and combating. It is advisable to eat soursop fruit or drink their juice to prevent it. Always take soursop Tea for effective healing and to fight cancer.

Step 1st: Boil One litre of water, then take 15 soursop dry leaves (Both of which have the same value for fresh or dried) and 1 small stem, cut into small pieces, and put into the boiling water.

Step 2nd: Do not close the vessel and continue boiling the water for 30 minutes on a small flame the water evaporates to 500 ml.
Now the tea on soursop is ready for drinking. Drink 1 cup of hot or warm or cool soursop tea filtered, 3 times a day, morning, afternoon, and evening.
You can add 1/2 spoon lime juice, 2 mint leaves. Sugar, sugar-free, honey (any types of sweeteners) are strongly not recommended.
The body may feel the effects of the heat after drinking, But no side effects. To cool the body drink 1 or 2 glass of fruit juice such as pineapple, or eat watermelon, and drink of one glass of buttermilk each day. You can feel the benefits of soursop yourself in 2 weeks, and the improvements can be clearly felt in 4 weeks time. You can go for a medical check-in after 2 months.

Important: Always take Soursop Tea in empty stomach for maximum benefits.
Take the supplement with probiotics, such as yogurt or any probiotic capsule/tab/syrup which are available in your concern market.

Health Benefits of Soursop:
The nutrients present in soursop are amino acid, ascorbic acid, calcium, carbohydrates, fibers, iron niacin, phosphorus, riboflavin, and thiamine, etc. Mentions below are some of the health benefits of soursop.

1- It's noticed that during chemotherapy cycles the immune system of the cancer patients who consumed soursop tea was not affected or weakened much, as compared to other cancer patients.

Contraindications:
1-Graviola has demonstrated uterine stimulant activity in an animal study (rats) and should therefore not be sued during pregnancy.
2-Graviola has demonstrated hypotensive, vasodilator, and cardio depressant activities in animal studies and its contraindicated for people with low blood pressure. People taking antihypertensive drugs should check with their doctors before taking Graviola and monitor their blood pressure accordingly ( as medications may need adjusting ).
3-Graviola has demonstrated significant in vitro antimicrobial properties. Chronic, long terms use of this plant may lead to die-off friendly bacteria in the digestive tract due to its antimicrobial properties, Supplementing the diet with probiotics and digestive enzymes is advisable.
4-Graviola has demonstrated emetic properties in one animal study with pigs. Large single dosages may cause nausea or vomiting. Reduce the usage accordingly if this occurs.
5- One study with rats given a stem a stem-bark extract intragastrically (at 100mg/kg/body weight) reported an increase in dopamine, norepinephrine, and monoamine oxidase activity, as well as inhibition of serotonin release in stress-induced rats.
6- Alcohol extracts of Graviola leaf showed ho toxicity or side effect in mice at 100mg/kg. However at a dosage of 300 mg/kg, a reduction in explorative behavior and mild abdominal constrictions was observed. If sedation or sleepiness occurs. reduce the amount used.
While research confirms that these anti tumorous acetogenins also occur in high amounts in the fruit seeds and roots of Graviola, different alkaloid chemicals in the seeds and roots have shown some preliminary in vitro neurotoxic effects. Research has suggested that these alkaloids might be linked to atypical Parkinson's disease in countries where the seeds are employed as a common herbal parasite remedy. Therefore, using the seeds and root of Graviola is not recommended at this time.

Now It's up to you "the benefits outweigh the Risks" to choosing Graviola in treating Cancer along with these Contraindications situations. As per my point natural substances have very lesser side effects in comparison to conventional medicine and treatment.

Diet very important for Cancer Patients:

Sugar: Sugar feeds cancer, By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells.
Milk: Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastrointestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substitute;ing with unsweetened soy milk, cancer cells are being starved. ( Yogurt and Buttermilk can be taken ).
Meat: Cancer cells thrive in an acidic environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones, and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.
Take a diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts, and little fruits help output the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance the growth of healthy cells. Avoid coffee, tea, chocolates.

Green Tea: Add two to three cups of green tea, which are rich an antioxidant, polyphenols that help to fights cancer.
Develop a Positive Attitude and do Yoga and meditation, Cancer cells can not survive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily and deep breathing helps to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapies another means employed to destroy cancer cells.

Soursop (Graviola) Kills Cancer Cells (Part A)......

Soursop Kills Cancer Cells

The literature has shown enormous interest in Phyto-compounds having therapeutic and beneficial effects in various diseases including inflammatory associated arthritis diabetes hypertension parasitic infection and cancer.
It has been reported that the leaves from the tropical tree Annona Muricata, also known as Graviola, have positive and effective properties against many of the diseases mentioned above. Cancer continues to be the number one killer in western nations, and most disease treatments rely on chemotherapy that uses s drugs that are also toxic to normal healthy cells.

An alternative approach to anti-cancer therapies should, therefore, involve determining novel targets for drugs that must be highly effective and specific against the development and growth of cancer. The new generation of novel drugs should also be no-toxic to the host cells and affordable to the patients. This review summarizes recent findings on the effects of Graviola tree extract as a novel anti-cancer agent for cancer treatment and prevention, a possible natural anti-cancer candidate agent in accordance with all of the above-mentioned attributes.
Natural Extracts against Cancer: Many cultures and civilizations have used natural plant extracts for centuries as a basis for the treatment of various diseases. By traditional therapies, over80 % of the global population now depends on natural plant extracts. Recent investigators have focused on cancer progression, treatment, and prevention with these compounds but there is still room for improvement.
To date, the use of conventional synthetic chemotherapeutic drugs lacks the properties to be considered effective the therapeutic agents, most of which are associated with severe side effects and normal host cell toxicity. While an alternative therapeutic approach using natural extracts from plants is advantageous versus conventional therapy with limited side effects.
In 1950 one of the first systematic approaches was conducted with the discovery of vinca alkaloids, isolated from the Catharanthus roseus G. Don. Don. A number of effective extracts(Apocynaceae). Followed by triptolide(Tripterigium wilfordii), Amygdalin(B17), Achyranthes Aspera Linn.
(The Amaranthaceae family) etc.
Graviola History: Graviola belongs to the family Annonaceae, the genus Annona, and the species muricata. Graviola is a fruit tree with many is uses in alternative and traditional medicine. Graviola, soursop, guanabana, guanabano, guanavana, guanaba, corossol epineux, huanaba, togebanreisi, durian benggala, nangka blanda, cachiman epineux alter the names of this evergreen plant which distributed mostly in tropical and subtropical regions of the world. Graviola is a heart-shaped edible fruit and is known to have beneficial properties in alternative medicine along with its leaves, roots, and seeds.
Graviola fruits are widely used in the making of candies, syrups, ice creams, shake, and beverages. A vast array of ethnomedicinal activities in Africa and South America use this plant extensively in their conventional medicine.
Several laboratories have reported Graviola's against anticonvulsant, antiparasitic, antiarthritic, antimalarial, antidiabetic hepatoprotective, and anticancer activities for its beneficial actions. Studies of biological and chemical characterization show that annonaceous acetogenins are the main ingredients of Graviola.
Nowadays more than 100 anonymous acetogenins which are generally characterized as a family of natural products with antitumor activity, from Graviola roots, leaves, barks, fruits, and seeds have been widely used for many purposes in alternative medicine. For example, the Graviola leaves are used in the Peruvian Andes for fighting parasites and treating diabetes. The leaves were used in the Brazilian Amazon to treat liver problems and leave it is believed that extracted oil helps with rheumatism, neuralgia, and arthritis. In the East Andes and Jamaica, Haiti used Graviola juice to stop diarrhea, use it as a relaxing muscle, and reduce intestinal acidity.

Other reports have shown that Graviola has a number of biological activities including antifungal, antibacterial, anti-malarial, and antioxidant activities. In addition, anti-cancer properties have been shown on multidrug resistance cancer cell lines. Graviola's ability to selectively inhibit growth against a variety of cancer cells including lung carcinoma cells lines, breast solid tumor lines, prostate adenocarcinoma, pancreatic carcinoma cell lines, human lymphoma cell lines, liver cell lines, human lymphoma cell lines and multidrug-resistant human breast adenocarcinoma will be discussed on the basis of human breast adenocarcinoma.
Composition: Graviola fruit consists of 80% water, 1%protein, 18% carbohydrates, and a small amount of Vitamins B, B2, C, potassium, and dietary fiber. The main group, annonaceous acetogenins, is a unique set of derivatives of c35 or c37 long-chain fatty acids derived from the polyketide pathway.
The Annonaceous acetogenins found in Graviola include Annocatalin, annohexocin, annomonicin, annohexocin, annomonicin, annomontacin, annomuricatin A&B annomuricin A thru E, annomucatin A thru C, cis-annonacin, cis-corossolone, cohibin A thru D, corepoxylone, coronin, corossolin, corossolone, donhexocin, epomuricenin A&B, gigantetrocin, gigantetrocin A&B, Gigantetrocinon, goniothalamicin, iso-annonacin, javorcin, montanacin, montecristin, muracin A thru G, muricapentocin, muricatalicin, muricatalin, muri-catenol, uricatetrocin A&B muricatin D, muricatocin A thru C muricin H, muricin I, muricoreacin, murihexocin 3, murihexocin A thru C, murihexol, murisolin, robustocin, rolliniastatin 1&2, saba-delin, solamin, uvariamicin I 7 iv, xylomaticin isolated from the leaves, root and stem barks of Graviola.
The essential oil of the fresh fruit pulp contains 2-hexenoic acid methyl ester 23.9%, 2-hexanoic acid ethyl ester 8.6%, 2-octanoic acid methyl ester 5.4%, 2-butenoic acid methyl ester 2.4%, Beta-caryophyllene 12.7%, 1.8-cineole 9.9%, linalool 7.8%, alpha terpineol 2.8%, lialy propionate 2.2% and calarence 2.2%.
A limited number of published data for the anticarcinogenic potential of natural extracts from Graviola is found in the literature. Recent studies have suggested that Graviola also expresses analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, promotes apoptosis (programmed cell death), and cytotoxicity on cancer cells, which may result from the presence of alkaloids, essential oils, and acetogenins. These acetogenins have been shown to be selective and toxic to different types of cancer cells without damaging normal and healthy host cells.
Anticancer Properties: It has previously been reported that the Graviola extracts have significant anti-cancer effects both in vitro and in vivo on a number of cancer cell lines. The Graviola extracts were found to have selective inhibition of breast cancer cells via EGFR downregulation. The receptor of the epidermal growth factor EGFR is a frequently over-expressed oncogene in breast cancer, and its overexpression has been associated with poor prognosis and drug resistance. Hence EGFR is a rational target for the development of breast cancer therapy. In addition, experiments have shown that the Graviola fruit extract uses xenografts mouse studies to inhibit Breast cancer cell growth.
In addition, GFE inhibited selectively the growth of EGFR overexpressing human breast cancer cells but not in non-tumorigenic human breast epithelial cells. These studies reinforce the evidence that Graviola has selective effects on growth between cancer and non-cancer cells.
Another study of breast cancer cells has supported that Graviola promotes apoptosis in pathways associated with ER. In addition, Graviola has decreased tumor growth of MCF-7 while inhibiting protein expression of ER-cyclin D1 and Bcl-2 in nude mice. Graviola leaves also have significant effects on cell survival potential in colon cancer cells through mitochondrial-mediated apoptosis linked to G1 cell cycle arrest. Graviola induces apoptosis by generating ROS and downregulating reactive oxygen species of the anti-apoptotic BCL-2 protein while up-regulating pro-apoptotic Bax protein. Subsequently, these processes result in reduced mitochondrial membrane potential. MMP and release of cytochrome activate the apoptosome and the intrinsic cascade of the caspase that triggers apoptosis execution by fragmentation of the DNA. Graviola has also been reported to have anti-proliferative effects of HL-60 cells through loss of cell viability, loss of MMP, phase cell arrest of G0/G1, and morphological apoptotic modifications. These results confirm and substantiate that Graviola has anti-proliferative and cytostatic activity in HL-60 cells.
Studies of the model in vitro and in vivo demonstrated the effect of Graviola extract on cell lines of prostate cancer. These experiments have shown that Graviola promotes necrosis in PC-3 cells by inhibiting tumor mobility and metabolism in the cells. Further studies showed down-regulation of expression of hypoxia-related factors and glycolytic factors following treatment with Graviola in PC cells i.e ( HIF-1ALPHANF-GAMMA, B, GLUT1, GLUT4, HKII, AND LDHA).
Follow-up studies reported pharmacokinetics and in vitro absorption kinetics of the in vivo Graviola leaf extract, resulting in the inhibition of the proliferation, viability, and clonogenic colonies of prostate cancer. In xenografts studies, oral administration of 100 mg/kg/body weight showed growth-inhibition of tumors in human prostate cancer. This study also showed the synergy between the Graviola leaf extracts constituents compared to its flavonoid-enriched and acetogenin enriched fractions.
In another study of Graviola also had effects on the tumor cell lines of Lewis lung carcinoma, which were examined both in vivo and in vitro. The study suggested Graviola had anti-tumor activity once again by inhibiting the normal growth of the lung tumors. Further studies also indicated Graviola's anti-cancer and cytotoxic action mechanisms that affected NADH oxidase inhibition in cancer cell lines, P-glycoprotein pump down-regulation through ATP depletion, and S-phase cell cycle arrest.
A recent study also showed the preventive measures against DMBA-induced breast cell proliferation of 7,12-dimethylbenzeneanthracene in the breast tissue of female albino mice. Once Again, the study supported that the leaf extract Graviola could act as a cancer prevention agent.
Concluding Remarks: Overall, this mini-review lists existing knowledge of the natural plant extract agent, Graviola, and provides insight into the important in vitro and in vivo studies that were conducted on the basis of their efficacy and functional properties. Further studies are however required to verify the exact properties and action mechanisms. Although several reports have shown Graviola's positive actions, more robust and systematic clinical trials are needed to test and verify its true validity and safety, to be confirmed as a therapeutic anti-cancer agent. Thus, well-designed, randomized double-blind trials are crucial. The present review, in conclusion, shows the advantages of the possible use of Graviola for cancer treatments. Existing conventional cancer therapies are known to be highly toxic with severe side effects affecting the patients' quality of life and with a life expectancy contribution of no more than 6 months. Therefore new drugs need to be developed that include bioactive natural molecules such as Graviola that do not have toxic side effects and are selective in killing cancer cells but not the normal/Physiological healthy host cells.
In addition, it activates pro-inflammatory responses and pathways and suggests playing an important, primary role in tumorigenesis. Graviola with known strong anti-inflammatory effects can warrant a new in vivo study to determine if one of the action mechanisms could be specifically inhibited by the site of inflammation in solid cancers.

graviola trials result soursop
scientific finding on Graviola

Research done on soursop by many International Cancer Institutes.:
The National Cancer Institue was among the first scientific references to the soursop fruit in the United States. The soursop was part of a 1976 plant screening program that demonstrated the effectiveness of this leaves and stems in attacking and destroying malignant cells. however, these results were part of an internal NCI report, and have never been released to the public. Since herbal medicine can not be patented by any pharmaceutical company, at the same time the pharmaceutical companies will incur huge losses by losing their business if these reports are released. On the other hand while not denying the effectiveness to cure cancer by soursop, they claim on the internet and other media, that soursop will side
effect if used for long durations.

Since then, there have been several promising cancer studies on soursop. However, officially there are no on the record that the soursop extract being tested on cancer patients and clinical trials, which is why many people are unaware of its ability. Even though clinical trials are typically the benchmark mainstream doctors and journals use to judge treatment value soursop has been shown to kill cancer cells in vitro in at least 20 laboratory tests.

Contraindicated: Soursop is strictly contraindicated (not to given) in PREGNANCY.

Important: Recipe for treatment and prevention of cancer and few more studies of soursop in my next Blog.
