Stay aware of the latest information on the COVID 19 outbreak, Available on the WHO website and through your national and local public health authority. Most people who become infected experience mild illness and recover, But it can be more severe for others. Take care of your health and protect others by doing the following:
Wash your hands frequently:
Regularly and thoroughly wash your hands regularly with an Alcohol-based hand rub, or wash them with soap and water.
Why? for what? Washing your hands with soap and water or using hand rubbing based on alcohol kills viruses that can be on your hands.
Maintain social distance The distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing is at least 1 meter(3 feet away).
Why? for what? They spray small liquid droplets from their nose or mouth which can contain viruses when someone coughs or sneeze. if you too close,  you can breathe in droplets, including the COVID-19 virus, if you have the disease on the person coughing.
Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth: Why? For what? Hands touch many surfaces, and they can collect viruses. Once contaminated, the virus can be transferred to your eyes, nose or mouth by hand. The virus can get into your body from there and can make you sick.
Practice Respiratory Hygiene: Make sure you follow good respiratory hygiene and the people around you. That means that when you cough or sneeze, you cover your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue. Then, immediately dispose of the used tissue.
Why? for what? Viruses spread in droplets. by following good respiratory hygiene you protect the people around you from viruses like cold flu and COVID-19 by following good respiratory hygiene.
If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical care early: Stay home if you feel unwell. If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention and call in advance. Follow the directions of your local health authority.
Why? for what? National and local authorities will have the most up to date information regarding your area's situation. Calling in advance will enable your health facility. This will also protect you, and help prevent viruses and other infections from spreading.
Stay informed and follow the advice given by your healthcare provider: Stay updated about the latest COVID-19 developments. Follow the advice given on how to protect yourself and others from COVID-19 by your health care provider, your national and local public health authority or your employer.
Why? for what? The most up to date information about whether COVID-19 will be available to national and local authorities.
Protection measures for persons who are in or have recently visited ( past 14 days ) areas where COVID-19 is spreading:

Follow the guidance outlined above. 
Stay at home if you start feeling unwell, even with mild symptoms like headache and slight runny nose, until you get back. Why? for what? Eviting will enable these facilities to operate more efficiently and help protect you and others against possible COVID-19 and other viruses.
If you develop fever, cough,  and breathing difficulty, seek prompt medical advice as this may be due to a respiratory infection or other serious condition. Call in advance and report any recent travel or contact with travelers t your provider. why? for what? Calling in advance will enable your health care provider to direct you quickly to the right health facility. This will also help avoid the possible spread of COVID-19 and other viruses.
